A common misunderstanding is thinking that, by deleting the Desygner app, you will be canceling your subscription. As a user of iTunes or Google Play Store, you should know that the application payment system is independent of the app.

Canceling Desygner from Web

To cancel your subscription follow these steps:

1. Login on Desygner.com
2. Click on your Profile Photo
3. And click on "Billing"
4. Cancel the actual subscription.

Canceling Desygner from App

Google Play

1. Open Google Play.
2. Go to Account> Subscriptions.
3. Find Desygner in the list.
4. Cancel.

iTunes

Unfortunately, Apple handles all payments & refunds by themselves and our team cannot cancel subscriptions registered through iTunes.

As an iTunes user, you are in full control of your iTunes subscription.

You will first need to make sure the subscription is canceled, which you can do here:

Or by following these steps:

1. Go to your iPhone / iPad settings> [your name]> iTunes and App Store.
2. Click on Itunes and App Store.
3. Click on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
4. Click on “View Apple ID”. You may need to log in or use Touch ID.
5. Enter your password & Click on Subscriptions.
6. Click on the subscription that you want to delete.
7. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offer or click.
8. Cancel your subscription to complete the process.

3. Cancel the actual subscription.

From the App

You can cancel your subscription from our app at any time:

1. Open the Desygner app.
2. Click on Settings: you will find this once you click on your avatar icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Under Payment section, click on Cancel subscription.

Remember: if you paid through iTunes, we can not do this process for you, read the instructions to cancel in iTunes.
