      Managing designs & folders

      You can use the Desygner web app to present your slides.

      Desygner's Present mode allows you to quickly display your work in a professional manner. You can use this feature to do a slide presentation in person or to include your presentation's URL on an email or website. 

      To present your work using Present mode, you only need to go to the project that you want to present, click on the 3 dots, then click Present. Now, your work is presented full-screen from your computer.

      A design is the combination of all the elements you have put together to come up with the visual output. It is a project that you can edit anytime depending on your needs.

       

      On My Designs screen, you will be able to create your design by starting from scratch, using a template, or importing a PDF file.

      You will also find all the designs you have created on this screen and make some changes to them at any time.

      Design from scratch

      When you start from blank, you will be able to set your own custom size or choose from our list of available formats.

      Importing PDF files

      You can design from a PDF file, editing all of its elements.

      To do that, all you have to do is click the Import PDF Files option and select the PDF file that you'd like to edit from your device, or drag and drop that PDF file to the My Designs page for it to upload automatically.

      Sometimes, we will need some extra info to make sure we are importing your PDF correctly:

      Missing fonts - If your PDF has fonts that have not yet been uploaded to your assets, the platform will ask you if you want to replace the fonts from your PDF with Google Fonts.

      If you don't wish to replace your fonts, just make sure to add the font files present on your PDF to your assets before uploading the PDF.

      Measurement units - The platform will need to know if your PDF is supposed to be printed or viewed on a screen to give you the best resolution possible.

      If you will be printing your PDF, it is best to select one of the following measurement units: Inches (in), Centimetres (cm), or Millimetres (mm).

      If you will be using your PDF on a screen or online, it is best to use Pixels (px).

      After importing your PDF file and setting up the fonts and measurement units, you will be directed to the Desygner editor where you can make all the necessary changes to your PDF.

      Any changes that you make in your design will be automatically saved.

      You are also free to rename your designs at any time.

      Duplicating & removing designs

      Share your designs


      With your team members

      Go to one of your designs and click on the 3 dots located in the bottom right corner of your design and click on share. Then choose your team member

      Present your designs

      • Share a link to your presentation

      • Play videos in your presentation

      • Include URL links in your presentation

      • Download your presentation
      • Print your presentation
      • Share your presentation on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn


      Resize your designs


      From Editor

      Resize in seconds: Transform your creation into a Twitter, Facebook, Instagram post or whatever you need.

      Note: Resize is free!

      1. Open a project and go to the editor.
      2. Click on Resize (ruler icon).
      3. Choose from the list or create your own size.
      4. Edit.
      5. Done!

      From My Designs


      Go to one of your designs and click on the 3 dots located in the bottom right corner of your design and click on resize



      Setting Design Visibility


      Your designs can be:
        • Public: Anyone can see it
        • Shared with your team: Anyone on your team can view
        • Private: Only you can see it
