Add Desygner to my whitelist to receive my email

Unwanted emails, known as “spam” have become a problem. So big that some email services and Internet service providers (ISP) have implemented some type of filtering or blocking system.

Desygner applauds the protection against spam, but sometimes these systems are not a perfect solution to the point where they can block emails that you have requested. They are working on reducing the “false positives”, but in the meantime, it could be that you are not receiving the emails from your subscription.

Add Desygner to your whitelist:

Gmail

1. Open a message from the sender that you want.
2. Click on the icon with 3 points that is located in the upper right corner.
3. Click on Add sender to contact list.

Yahoo! Email

1. Open an email message.
2. Click on the + symbol next to From name of the sender.
3. Add to contacts.
4. Save.

Mac Mail

1. Open a message from the sender that you want.
2. Go to Messages in the top toolbar.
3. Click Add Sender to the Address Book in the drop-down menu.

Hotmail

1. Open a message from the sender that you want.
2. Click on Mark as trusted next to the name and email address.
3. Click on Add Contacts.
