A template is a pre-made design that you can use by editing its elements.

When you are in a template collection such as social media you will still find an array of different social media formats (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) If you are looking for a specific format or design you can type it on the main search bar.
Choose your template
To start editing just put your mouse on the template you want and click on use.

Some of our templates are only available for the Pro+ plan and above so if you have a Free plan, Pro+ templates will be locked. You can distinguish Pro+ templates by looking for a crown icon they have on their bottom left corner.
Changing templates from the editor
Once we have been editing a template for a while, we can get tired of it or even think that maybe it is not the right one. At the same time, we could ask ourselves: Why not try another template without having to leave the editor? Keep reading to know the process:
- Select a design in which want to change the template.
- On the left side menu, choose Templates.
- Change templates as many times as you want.
- Edit your new template.
Rename your new design
It’s a good practice to name all of your projects so they can be easily identifiable.
- Open the project that you want to change the name.
- In the top-right area, you’ll see Untitled Design by default.
- Click on this text field and type a new name.
Can I create & organize my own templates?
The ability to create templates is limited to Business Plan and above.
